The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of the page. We suggest you regularly check this Privacy Policy for any updates and modifications. This Privacy Policy applies to all Airgraft Services, unless otherwise specified.



PRIVACY OF CHILDREN


Our Services are not intended for children. Persons under the age of majority in their respective provinces are not allowed to use our Services. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a user is under the age of majority, we reserve the right to delete any personal information in that user’s account.

Customers may create an Airgraft account online, and the following information may be collected once the customer creates his/her account:

  • Email address and/or phone number;
  • Country
  • Postal (Zip) Code
  • Age confirmation
  • Photo ID for age verification purposes
  • Payment information (cardholder name, billing address)
  • Delivery Address;
  • Full legal name;


Who do we Provide Your Information to?


Except as disclosed in this Privacy Policy, we do not disclose your personal information to any companies not part of Airgraft Inc. or its parent, subsidiaries or related entities. In no event will we ever sell or rent your personal information. We may share your personal information as follows:

When you make a purchase at our store with a credit card, our payment processor stores your credit card data, ensures that it is encrypted through PCI-DSS, then deletes the transaction information as soon as it is no longer necessary. We do not transmit financial information by email.

However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information by keeping your password confidential. Only you, or a person legally authorized to act on your behalf (an “Authorized Agent”), may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.



Authorized Agents


If you use an Authorized Agent to submit a request to know or a request to delete, we may require the Authorized Agent to submit proof that they have been authorized to act on your behalf. We may accept as proof either:

  • Written permission from you; or
  • A power of attorney.

We may also require the Authorized Agent to verify their identity directly with us.



Non-discrimination
