I can’t find the rainbow light.
Only pods that originate from the California market need to be unlocked using the rainbow light. In all other territories, you can just pop in the pod and draw. You’ll know the battery is working properly if it vibrates and displays a white light. If this is not the case, please contact our customer support team.

If your battery vibrates and displays a white light when you draw, it is working properly. If this is not the case, please contact our customer support team.
